About the Role
Develop and implement growth strategies for client acquisition and business expansion.
Identify and target potential clients, especially those requiring HR compliance, DEIA consulting, and related services.
Manage and optimize our social media profiles and presence, including content creation, audience engagement, and analytics monitoring.
Design and execute social media advertising campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing new client relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Stay updated on HR and EEO trends, using insights to inform social media content and business strategies.
Regularly report on business development achievements, social media metrics, and lead generation progress.
Requirements
Proven track record in business development, preferably in HR consulting or a related field.
Strong grasp of social media management, digital marketing, and advertising strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to produce creative and engaging social media content relevant to our industry.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and social media platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field is preferable.
Experience writing business proposals is preferable.
