About the Role
Manage, track, monitor, and execute initiatives of clients' DEIA Strategic Plans, ensuring alignment with federal guidelines and organizational objectives.
Provide expert guidance and assistance in EEO regulatory compliance, including the processing of individual or class complaints in formal and informal processes.
Develop, support, and update EEO and DEIA directives, policies, and procedures for federal clients.
Assist with the preparation and analysis of EEO-required reports, including Management Directive 715, No Fear Reports, and Barrier Analysis Process Form 462.
Provide executive-level administrative support to clients' EEO Directors and maintain internal EEO and DEIA SharePoint sites.
Address internal inquiries regarding civil rights and equal opportunity laws and regulations, referring sensitive issues as appropriate.
Develop and deliver training programs related to EEO and DEIA to prevent unlawful discrimination and reduce complaints in the federal sector.
Handle multiple project assignments, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
Job Requirements/Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in EEO, Affirmative Action, or DEIA program coordination within the federal government.
Thorough understanding of EEO, affirmative action laws, and regulations.
Demonstrated experience in strategic plan management related to DEIA.
Familiarity with EEO complaint procedures and lifecycle monitoring.
Ability to provide clear guidance and compliance support for EEO regulatory requirements.
Experience in creating and delivering EEO/DEIA training and educational materials.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management.
Competency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially SharePoint, for maintaining document libraries and collaborative workspaces.
Experience reviewing and updating policies.
